We believe that mealtime should feed the body and nourish the soul.
Time at the table should be savored, foster happiness, and ought not to be intimidating. Offerings should be fresh – from the garden, the farmers’ market, and the local ranch. Best yet, these ingredients should be brought together to create delicious fare.
Breakfast at the Lodge encompasses a country buffet of locally-made breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, hot & cold cereals, granola bars, hot-off-the griddle waffles, and a made-fresh hot dish (quiche, breakfast burritos, eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches – to name a few).
Picnic lunches are packed to be enjoyed on the water with your guide. Each fisherman will enjoy a homemade sandwich/wrap, freshly prepared salad (pasta, potato, green), soup (on those chilly days), fruit, chips, and a delicious dessert.
After a day of fishing, light appetizers will be awaiting you at the Lodge prior to a three course dinner of soup/salad, main course, and coffee/tea/dessert.
