- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds; 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels;
1 8-ounce package Chinese noodles; 1/3 cup white wine vinegar; 1/3 cup beef broth; ¼ cup sugar; 2 tablespoons canola oil; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper; 1 cup chopped green onions; 10 ounces of chopped cabbage
- Cook noodles; Drain and add almonds, sunflowers seeds, green onions, and cabbage.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over noodles.
- Mix and serve.
