Dining at TroutChasers Lodge
We believe that mealtime should feed the body and nourish the soul. Time at the table should be savored, foster happiness, and ought not to be intimidating. Offerings should be fresh – from the garden, the farmers’ market, and the local ranch. Best yet, these ingredients should be brought together to create delicious fare.
Breakfast at the Lodge encompasses a country buffet of locally-made breads, yogurt, fresh fruits, hot & cold cereals, granola bars, hot-off-the griddle waffles, and a made-fresh hot dish (quiche, breakfast burritos, eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches – to name a few).
Picnic lunches are packed to be enjoyed on the water with your guide. Each fisherman will enjoy a homemade sandwich/wrap, freshly prepared salad (pasta, potato, green), soup (on those chilly days), fruit, chips, and a delicious dessert.
After a day of fishing, light appetizers will be awaiting you at the Lodge prior to a three course dinner of soup/salad, main course, and coffee/tea/dessert.
With TroutChasers, you can expect hearty, healthy meals where no one walks away hungry.
Please feel free to contact us with any dietary restrictions that you would like us to be aware of.
We welcome you to bring your own choice of alcoholic beverages, as we do not sell beer, wine, or liquor.
